Vision

A network of providers is available to provide routine vision services to individuals of all ages who meet financial assistance criteria and who do not have other coverage.

Covered Services:

• Routine eye exams with dilatation
• Annual visual field screening
• Treatment of lazy eye (amblyopia) with patch
• Non-surgical treatment of glaucoma
• Baseline fundus photography - photo imaging of the eye for diagnostic purpose
• Frames and lenses - eyeglasses
• Contact lenses if a contact wearer
