Prescription

Assistance is available to help eligible individuals of all ages participate in pharmaceutical companies Patient Assistance Programs(PAP).

Program Guidelines:

• Eligible to individuals who do not have prescription coverage
• Prescription must be needed on a continuing basis
• Drug must be on pharmaceutical company list of available products
• Vouchers available to purchase eligible medications during the application period
• Over the counter drugs, quality of life drugs and controlled substance prescriptions are excluded
• Individuals must meet drug company financial criteria
• Must have a prescribing physician

Emergency Assistance with prescription medications is also available, call for eligibility.
