  • Funding is available for further Diagnostic Mammograms if indicated
  • Current provider is the Phoenixville Hospital Diagnostic Imaging

Application process for the Mammogram Program is done by a telephone questionnaire and does not require a PHCAF application.

If interested, please call 610-935-3165. If qualified, a Mammogram Voucher will be issued with instructions on how to schedule.

The Phoenixville Breast Cancer Awareness Coalition is a program of PHCAF. The Coalition is a committee composed of wonderful, compassionate volunteers from the community. Their mission, in line with PHCAF's mission, is to ensure that all women within the greater Phoenixville area have access to information and screenings. The funds raised are utilized for diagnostic mammograms.

The signature event of the Phoenixville Breast Cancer Awareness Coalition is an annual fundraiser "Dressing on a Dime". The goal of this event is to: raise awareness of breast cancer and other cancers affecting women, raise much-needed funds to assist with cancer screenings and diagnostics, and to celebrate the lives of men and women living with cancer.
