Dental

Adults and children who are not covered by another policy and meet financial assistance criteria are eligible for the following services from a network of providers:

• Preventative services including x-rays, exams and cleanings
• Restorative services including fillings
• Emergency services including emergency visits, extractions, palliative care and treatment focused on pain elimination
• If dental care needed goes beyond the scope of our program, we can refer to other resources

Dental educational materials for all ages can also be requested and sent to you in the mail free of charge, whether or not you qualify for the programs. Phoenixville Healthcare Access Foundation can also provide Dental Educational Programs to small groups, classrooms, etc. Call for more information.

Orthodontics are beyond the scope of this program
